Understanding your Brain, Supporting your ADHD
At National Neurodiversity Assessments, we use Creyos to better understand how your brain works—especially when it comes to attention, focus, memory, and organisation.
Creyos is a secure, science-backed online assessment that helps us build a clear, objective picture of your cognitive strengths and challenges. Rather than relying only on conversations or questionnaires, it gives us personalised data about how you think and process information.
It uses short, interactive tasks (similar to simple games) alongside questionnaires to measure areas often affected by ADHD, including:
• Attention and concentration
• Impulsivity
• Memory
• Planning and organisation
Because your results are compared with a large research-based database, we can understand how your profile fits into the bigger picture—while still focusing on your individual strengths and differences.
This helps us to:
• Build a more accurate understanding of your ADHD profile
• Create treatment plans that are better suited to you
• Provide faster, more targeted support

Creyos as part of a full ADHD assessment
Creyos is one part of our comprehensive ADHD diagnostic process. It doesn’t replace a full assessment—but it adds valuable, objective data to support clinical decision-making.
As part of your assessment, it helps us to:
• Understand your attention, memory, and processing style in more detail
• Identify patterns commonly seen in ADHD
• Compare your results with a large normative database
• Inform decisions alongside clinical interviews and questionnaires
What to expect
• You’ll be sent a secure link to complete the assessment online at a convenient time
• It can be done at home, in a quiet space, using a laptop, desktop, or tablet
• No special equipment is needed
• You’ll begin with a short tutorial, followed by simple, game-like tasks
• Your clinician will review your results as part of your full ADHD assessment
This allows us to move beyond guesswork and develop a clearer, more personalised understanding of your needs.

Creyos as a standalone option
If you’re considering an ADHD assessment but aren’t ready to commit to the full process, you can choose to complete a Creyos assessment on its own.
This can be a helpful first step if you:
• Are exploring whether ADHD may be affecting you
• Want more insight into your attention and thinking skills
• Prefer to start with something structured and low-pressure
What you’ll receive
• A detailed report covering attention, memory, and executive functioning
• Insight into your cognitive strengths and differences
• Information to help you decide whether to move forward with a full ADHD assessment
While this is not a diagnostic assessment on its own, many people find it a useful and reassuring starting point.
Supporting you to understand your brain
Whether you use Creyos as part of a full assessment or as a first step, our goal is the same: to give you clearer answers, practical insight, and support that fits your real-life needs.
